*Please note that spaces (both tickets and accommodation) at the conference are limited and are allocated as bookings come in. Ticket refunds can only be provided up to 14 days after purchase. We are not able to provide refunds closer to the time of the conference.
Please check your accommodation bookings separately for terms and conditions of cancellation once your room has been allocated. Accommodation and travel costs are not include in the ticket price.
